attendees.  Acceptance of abstracts will be competitive and depend on content.  
Acceptance/rejection notification will be by email prior to November 24, 2016

[ ]  Your titles and abstracts (1-3 presentation topics may be submitted with a short 75 to 300 word abstract.  

The program committee will choose one or more topics). Be sure to include estimated time for each presentation.
To attend, the submitted abstract/topic must be approved and accepted by the program committee

·    ALL titles and abstracts must be submitted in the body of an email, not as an attachment.

·    Registration is not complete until we’ve received your registration form, a check, and an emailed abstract

·    Full refund will be given if cancellation is received by January 1st, 2017  No refund after this date.

·    We will notify you by email when your application is complete, and your abstract has been accepted
